Things You Should Know

• No In and Out Privileges. Take a quick picture of the elevator lobby sign. It’ll help you find your car later! **Due to limited internet connection at the garage we highly recommend printing your reservation or having a screenshot ready before exiting the garage.** **In instances where you don't have access to either the cashier will take down your name and to ensure accuracy please make sure the name given matches the name on your Parkwhiz profile.** Please note that any kind of weapon is not allowed in this facility. Animals/pets are not allowed in the garage. Only medical assisting animals are allowed.
• Scan parking pass at entry gate and park in any spot not marked “Reserved”
• During peak hours you maybe required to leave your keys with an attendant if your vehicle is blocking another
• Before your return, save a screenshot of the scan code on your parking pass as internet connection may be limited
• Scan your printed or screenshot of parking pass at exit gate. (If exiting at an attended booth, please show cashier your reservation)
• For overstay, exit through an attended booth ONLY and show your receipt to the cashier
