• Due to bad reception in the garage, a print out voucher and/or screenshot of your QR code works best. 💲💲 CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEES CHARGED AS A RESULT OF EARLY ENTRY OR LATE DEPARTURE ON-SITE. Parking in this garage is limited to visitors, employees, residents, and guests of this location. If you are unable to access the Metropolis facility to retrieve your vehicle, please call us at (856) 485-9703. To help our team best assist you, please let us know the name of the Metropolis location where you parked your vehicle. If door access is enabled at the location where you are parked, you will see "Door access" listed on your active parking visit when you open the Metropolis web or iOS app. If enabled, go to the door or elevator you would like to unlock and find the posted door sign.
• Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or tow.
• When you arrive, the gate will automatically open as long as your license plate matches your Parking Pass. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "RESERVED"
• At exit, the gate will automatically open as long as your license plate matches your Parking Pass.
