Things You Should Know

• Once you enter the facility, if you have registered with your license plate the gate should lift for you to enter and exit for a ticketless experience. If the gate does not automatically lift, then scan your QR code for it to open. Please park in any non-reserved space, marked with yellow lines. The red "Prime" sections are reserved for Monthly Parkers Only from 6am-6pm, Monday through Friday. The garage is staffed 24/7, if you have any questions stop by the office located on the 2nd level or press the assistance button on any of the machines in the garage for help. Location cannot accept motorcycles for safety reasons. **1) When customers who have entered their plate ID online pull up it should recognize the plate ID and open.** **2) If a customer doesn't provide a plate ID or the LPR doesn't recognize it, the reservations should be scanned using the glass to the left of the entrance machine. (The phone should be held a couple inches back and not up on the screen.)** **3) Should the system not recognize the plate ID or the reservation then, a ticket should be pulled and the customer will need to stop by the parking office to have the reservation and ticket linked to avoid issues with exiting the garage.** **4) When exiting the location please advise that the scanner is located at the bottom of the machine and the code should be held a couple inches away and not up on the screen.**
• For entry, gate will open automatically based on matching license plate scan. In case it does not, scan parking pass at the entry gate
• Park in any space not marked "Reserved"
• Upon departure, gate will open automatically. In case it does not, scan parking pass at exit gate
