• This is the first garage on your left once you enter Platt St from William St. If parking overnight, you must drop off and pick up your vehicle within the following hours: Mon-Fri: 6AM-12AM | Sat-Sun: 7AM-12AM. This location is unable to accommodate Tesla vehicles. Streets near this garage are undergoing construction on the weekends between 6am-7pm. If you are having trouble accessing the location, please call our Customer Support line at (212) 933-1981. **This location cannot accommodate Rivian and Tesla Cyber Truck.** **iPark locations cannot accommodate sports/exotic/luxury/electric vehicles (ie. Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, Lotus, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Porsche, Ferrari, Maserati, McLaren, Rivian, Lucid, Tesla).** **Sports/exotic/luxury/electric vehicles may be refused when a reservation is already booked.**
