Things You Should Know

• This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once. After-hours entry and exit (after closing): Reentry on foot should be through the 303 2nd North Tower lobby (off 2nd Street between Harrison and Folsom). Just let security know you are retrieving your vehicle from the garage, and they will direct you to the elevator. NIGHT AND WEEKEND VEHICLE ACCESS: You must use the Folsom St entrance to enter the garage after hours. If you arrive at the gate after hours, please drive to the roll-up gate and scan the QR code on the reader to raise the gate. Then proceed forward and scan the QR code again at the box with the red light to raise the gate arm and enter the garage. DO NOT PULL A TICKET. In the event you see signage indicating a "RAMP FULL" please know that your space is still reserved. Pedestrian access should be through the 303 2nd North tower lobby (off 2nd Street between Harrison and Folsom).
• Scan parking pass at entry gate
• Park in any space not marked "Reserved"
• Upon departure, scan parking pass at exit gate
