Non-Reserved Parking: Unless the contract parker is assigned a reserved space, parking in the facility is provided on a “first come, first serve” basis and there is no guarantee of the availability of a particular parking space. 2. No Bailment / Contents / Assumption of Risk: The contract parking agreement relates only to the sale of parking privileges and does not create a bailment contract in favor of the contract parker. 3. Liability Disclaimer: that parking deck management and property owners are not liable for any damage, theft, or loss that occurs in the parking deck. Park at your own risk. 4. Towing and Enforcement: Vehicles in violation of these rules and regulations may be towed or booted at the owner’s expense. Management reserves the right to enforce parking regulations. Public parking is not available after 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM. The lot is closed for permit and active parking sessions until 5:00 AM.” Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense. Absolutely no idling, congregating, use of alcohol and drugs, or possession of firearms and knives is permitted on this property. Trespassers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

• Print your parking pass before arrival
• Park in any spot not marked "Reserved"
• Place your parking pass visibly on your dashboard, with all information clearly displayed. Do not fold your pass in any way.
