Things You Should Know

• 💲💲Only one suitcase per person is allowed. Excess baggage will be charged on-site, similar to airline charges. Our cost is $20 per additional package/suitcase. 💲💲No RVs allowed. Any vehicle carrying 8 or more passengers is subject to additional fees. We recommend you take a picture of your car upon entry and when you pick it up before leaving the lot. In case of a complaint, these pictures will be required. If you do not provide the pictures, the claim will not be accepted.
• Pull into the staging area as directed and a staff member will instruct you to check-in on your mobile phone - you’ll receive an email and a text message, which will be needed upon your return
• Take your luggage and walk a few steps to the shuttle loading area. We recommend you take a picture of your car upon entry and when you pick it up before leaving the lot. In case of a complaint, these pictures will be required. If you do not provide the pictures, the claim will not be accepted
• Shuttle van pick up is located at Ground Transportation level between spots A34 and A37.When you’re back at MCO and have collected your luggage, click the link we provided to your cellular phone when you checked in (SMS or email). This will alert us to go fetch your vehicle
• Please note that we will re-park the cars within 30 minutes of being requested. For that reason, CALL US RIGHTLY WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR LUGGAGE IN HAND. DO NOT CALL BEFORE because otherwise your car will be parked again and the time you try to save at the airport will be lost in the lot waiting for us to bring your car back.
