Things You Should Know

• If there is no attendant at the gate, press the help button. You will need to provide your garage ticket number and PW reservation ID to the call center agent. They will then open the gate for you.
• Scan parking pass at entry gate
• Park in any space not marked "Reserved"
• Upon departure, scan parking pass at exit gate
