Things You Should Know

• To enter the garage, customers just drive up and the gates will automatically open between 6am-10pm. Afterhours will need an access code, the same as posted on the pedestrian doors. For now we are using 5355# We are now moving into the next phase of improvements at SOMA Square Apartments— **painting and restriping the P3 and P2 parking levels**. Work will be completed in phases as outlined below: • **P3 Level Closure:** October 13–21, 2025 ○ Closed daily from **8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** ○ Vehicles may return to park on P3 **after 6:00 PM** each day -------- • **P2 Level Closure:** October 21–29, 2025 ○ Closed daily from **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** ○ Through traffic to P1 and P3 will remain open ○ Vehicles may return to park on P2 **after 5:00 PM** each day Please ensure your vehicle is moved from these levels during the closure periods. Vehicles left in the affected areas are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
• Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow. The garage entrance will automatically open Daily from 6am-10pm. Outside of these hours, you will need to enter the door code to enter.
• You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
• Simply leave when you're ready to go! To re-enter the garage outside 6 am - 10 pm, please enter the entrance code through the pedestrian door. Check the "Things You Should Know" section for the current code.
