Things You Should Know

• If the gate is closed before 9 am please call Andy at (718) 300-3030 to get remote access to enter the lot. If no attendant, please contact the phone number on the ofc door. Self-park 24/7 upon calling. If parking overnight, you must drop off and pick up your vehicle within the following hours: MON-FRI 7am to 7pm.
• Present parking pass to valet attendant in exchange for valet-ticket
• When you return, present valet-ticket and parking pass to cashier (tip not included in reservation)
• If vehicle is oversize, pay additional fee onsite
