Things You Should Know

• Scan QR code on glass reader located on the upper right of the machine. Paper entry ticket will be issued; grab ticket and keep it for the exit. Gate will open. When exiting, scan the paper entry ticket on glass reader. Gate will open. RBC Gateway is secured with 24/7 Security, and the building lobby closes at 6pm. To access your vehicle, Security will grant access to the building lobby, or you can call 612-452-6101.
• Scan parking pass at entry gate
• Park in any space not marked "Reserved"
• Upon departure, scan parking pass at exit gate
