Things You Should Know

• **Our gate and the entrance equipment are outside the grille gate. Once you scan your QR code, the gate arm and grille gate will open up**
• Hold reservation barcode up to barcode reader and ticket will dispense automatically. (Do not press button for ticket)
• Park in any unreserved space on floors 5 thru 12 (Spaces without placards on the wall).
• Insert the parking ticket at the exit device and the parking rate will be displayed on the screen. If LPR captured the plate, the rate will display automatically and the ticket will not be needed. Once the rate is displayed, hold the reservation barcode up to the barcode reader.
