Things You Should Know

• Shuttle Info: From 5.30 a.m. to 12.30 a.m., the shuttle departs every 20 minutes. 365 days a year. No Calls required. At the Miami airport, pickup and drop-off are located on the lower level. Search for "Hotel Shuttle" signs. **Arrival** When you arrive at the location, please pull up to the kiosk under the blue awning and scan your prepaid parking pass for entry. Proceed to park in any available spot in PARKING AREA B. Please ensure you’re parked in this lot and within the lines to avoid towing. Once you've parked, you may board the complimentary shuttle to Miami International Airport. The shuttle runs every half hour and on the hour between 5am and 1am, 7 days a week. Please arrange for your own transportation outside of these hours. This listing/facility has a 2 luggage per person limit. Additional pieces are an additional cost of $5.00 each way to be paid on site. **Departure** When you return to MIA, please proceed to the second level (departures), to catch the shuttle back to the hotel. Due to construction currently taking place at MIA, the shuttle pick-up area will be on the airport’s upper level. When you arrive back to the hotel, scan your prepaid parking pass at the exit gate and you're free to go! **Additional Details** Please do not enter the lot prior to your reservation time, as this may result in duplicate fees. If returning later than the time or date on your reservation, you must extend your reservation before leaving or you will be charged an additional fee. This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. Upon entry, you must park in the designated online parking area and ensure that you are parked within the lines and only take up one spot. There is an oversize vehicle fee charged for Trucks and SUVs. No RV's or Trailers are permitted. Height Restriction: 6' 4". All infractions will be subject to either tow and/or penalty. WHEN MAKING YOUR RESERVATION, PLEASE PROVIDE ALL OF YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION & VEHICLE INFORMATION. THIS IS IMPORTANT SO WE CAN IDENTIFY YOUR VEHICLE & CONFIRM IT IS LEGALLY PARKED
