Things You Should Know

• If parking overnight, you must drop off and pick up your vehicles within the following hours: Sun-Thu 7am-1am, Fri-Sat 7am-2am. Customers must bring the physical key of their Tesla vehicle to be accommodated in this location. **This location cannot accommodate Rivian and Tesla Cyber Truck.** **iPark locations cannot accommodate sports/exotic/luxury/electric vehicles (ie. Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, Lotus, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Porsche, Ferrari, Maserati, McLaren, Rivian, Lucid, Tesla).** **Sports/exotic/luxury/electric vehicles may be refused when a reservation is already booked.**
• Present parking pass to valet attendant in exchange for valet-ticket
• When you return, present valet-ticket and parking pass to cashier (tip not included in reservation)
