• Parking in this garage is limited to visitors, employees, residents, and guests of this location. If you are unable to access the Metropolis facility to retrieve your vehicle, please call us at (856) 485-9703. To help our team best assist you, please let us know the name of the Metropolis location where you parked your vehicle. If door access is enabled at the location where you are parked, you will see "Door access" listed on your active parking visit when you open the Metropolis web or iOS app. If enabled, go to the door or elevator you would like to unlock and find the posted door sign.
• For entry, gate will open automatically based on matching license plate scan. In case it does not, scan parking pass at the entry gate
• Park in any space not marked "Reserved"
• Upon departure, gate will open automatically. In case it does not, scan parking pass at exit gate
