Things You Should Know

• There are two pairs of tandem parking spots (four spaces total). The rear of the house is painted green and the house number is displayed in black numbers on the wood fence. Park in the space on the *RIGHT* as you face the back of the house, i.e. toward Newport Place. Please park as far to the right edge of the pad as possible. This will allow me to pass through the back gate. Please park as far into the space as possible, inches from the fence.
• Park in any spot not marked "Reserved"
• No need to speak to an attendant; your parking pass is validated by your license plate
