Things You Should Know

• The pedestrian re-entry door is located on Park Ave. There is a keypad next to the door. The keypad code to re-enter the garage is #90728. Do not park past the 'Resident Parking Only' sign and gate. Failure to comply may result in a tow. Parking is allowed in the Wells Fargo stalls in the garage between 5pm-5am Mon-Fri, and is allowed 24hrs on Sat-Sun.
• Park in any spot not marked "Reserved"
• No need to speak to an attendant; your parking pass is validated by your license plate
