Things You Should Know

• To access the pedestrian door you will still need to set up a Metropolis profile the first time you visit. app.metropolis.io or scan one of the QR signs when you park. This will link your vehicle to your phone number so the system knows you are parked and unlocks the door.
• Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or tow.
• When you arrive, the gate will automatically open as long as your license plate matches your Parking Pass. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "RESERVED"
• At exit, the gate will automatically open as long as your license plate matches your Parking Pass.
