Parking reservations start at 4pm on the day of reservation until 3pm the next calendar day.

No dropped trailers are allowed. Vehicles occupying more than one space must reserve the quantity of spaces they occupy. JUBITZ has the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet this requirement.

Reserved parking fees are not refundable.

License plate on the registration must match the license plate on the parked truck.

Reservations merely permit the driver to use spaces for parking during reserved paid time. Vehicles left without proper reservations or remaining in parking spaces after expiration of time, may be impounded or towed away with or without notification, at the guest’s sole cost and expense. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and JUBITZ policies and procedures while parked on JUBITZ owned property. JUBITZ accepts no responsibility to protect, physically accept, or redeliver the truck or its contents to the driver.

Reserved Truck Parking Terms and Conditions – THIS CONTRACT SOLELY LIMITS OUR LIABILITY. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TRUCK AND ITS CONTENTS. LOCK YOUR VEHICLE.

This reservation permits the driver to park one DOT registered class-8 truck and trailer.

If JUBITZ is not able to honor the reservation regardless of the reason, the extent of JUBITZ’  liability shall be limited to the cost of the reservation.

In no event shall Jubitz Corporation be responsible for any loss or damage, consequential or otherwise, to your equipment, property or cargo while parked on Jubitz premises, whether caused by a third party or by any condition of Jubitz’ premises.  Jubitz makes no representation or warranty as to the security or safety of your property while on Jubitz premises.
