Location is open for events at the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, City Hall, the Amway Arena and any downtown Orlando event.

Gain entrance to the parking location by going south on S. Magnolia Avenue, under S.R. 408 and through the main entrance of the E-PASS walk-in Service Center.

No refunds.  No overnight parking.  All violators will be towed at owner's expense.
