Penn State University Event Parking

This permit is for the Stadium West parking lot. 

Permits are virtual and enforced using your license plate.  For large events, an attendant will ask to see your permit or confirm that you have the correct license plate registered.  Show your pass for the quickest access. 

All vehicles must be parked with the license plate facing the drive aisle so that payment can be verified by parking enforcement staff.

License plate information must match the vehicle parked.  If a different vehicle must be driven, users must contact ParkMobile Member Support at https://parkmobile.io/contact-page/

Parking generally starts 2 hours prior to the event and ends 2 hours after the event.  In the event of an event time change, the times on your virtual permit will not change, but the enforced times will be adjusted.

In the event the lot fills, you will be directed to the next available lot.  Please watch the electronic message boards as your approach campus.

No Parking 2am to 4am, 7 days a week
