Things You Should Know

• An attendant is on-site 7am to 11pm. Take the pass with you for after-hours access to the facility. There are scanners at the pedestrian entrances on Luckie and Poplar Streets. For any troubles at the exit, press the Call Button for assistance. If you do not see the attendant at your entrance, they will be at the other entrance around the corner.
• To enter, use the "open gate" button in your app
• Park in any spot not marked "Reserved"
• To exit, use the "open gate" button in your app
• If at any point the "open gate" button is not working, view the QR code on your pass and scan at the gate
