Things You Should Know

• **No Tailgating** Note: An attendant might ask for your reservation number and record it down on paper. 💲💲 Reservation rates are likely higher than drive-up rates.
• Make sure your license plate number and state match on your Parking Pass. Upon arrival an attendant will confirm that your reservation is active, and send you a text message link which will have your digital claim ticket. Phone number and email are required.
• When you’re ready to go, check in with the valet. The prepayment will cover the parking charges but if parking outside the booked times; you will pay digitally from the text that was originally sent to you. Once payment is confirmed the attendant will release the vehicle to you.
• Simply drive out when you are ready to go!.
• Oversize fees and additional time will be collected at check out.
