Things You Should Know

• Press the intercom located on the exit device to speak to an attendant whenever the attendant is not on site. This location is monitored according to the license plate listed on your ParkWhiz pass. Make sure the information on your pass matches the plate number on your vehicle. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or booting.
• Pull ticket at the gate and park in any spot not marked "Reserved"
• Upon departure, press the "Help" button on the exit gate & read your parking pass # to the remote attendant
