Things You Should Know

• Please note that the gate arm will only go up at exit if within time limit. No changes can be done to the reservation after entering the garage. Customer exiting beyond the time limit will have to pay regular rates in order to exit. The entry and exit time is based on the garage equipment time only, not on customer's cell phone or time on car. 💲💲 CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ON-SITE FEES CHARGED AS A RESULT OF EARLY ENTRY OR LATE DEPARTURE. If parking overnight, you must drop off and pick up your vehicle within the following hours: Mon-Fri 12AM-12AM. Parking in this garage is limited to visitors, employees, residents, and guests of this location.
• Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or tow.
• When you arrive, the gate will automatically open as long as your license plate matches your Parking Pass. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "RESERVED"
• At exit, the gate will automatically open as long as your license plate matches your Parking Pass.
