Things You Should Know

• If parking overnight, you must drop off and pick up your vehicle within the following hours: Mon-Fri 4:00AM-12:00AM, Sat-Sun 9:30AM-12:00AM. Customers purchasing Early Bird and Evening Special passes must arrive at the time indicated on the pass. No alcohol or open fires. If you are attending a First Energy Stadium please keep in mind that the City of Cleveland closes the street 1.5 hours to 2.00 hours before the event. This rule only applies to First Energy hosted events. The garage's door closes when the event starts.
• Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or tow.
• When you arrive, the gate will automatically open as long as your license plate matches your Parking Pass. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "RESERVED"
• At exit, the gate will automatically open as long as your license plate matches your Parking Pass.
