• Reminder for parkers: • Customers are validated strictly during the start and end times of their reservation. • A reservation time cannot be changed within the parking session. • Additional garage posted rates will apply at exit if entry occurred before the booking start, or if exit is after the booking end. • The license plate in the booking must match the vehicle parked, or posted garage rates will apply.
• Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so may result in a ticket or tow.
• When you arrive, the gate will automatically open as long as your license plate matches your Parking Pass. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "RESERVED"
• At exit, the gate will automatically open as long as your license plate matches your Parking Pass.
