• **Our gate and the entrance equipment are outside the grille gate. Once you scan your QR code, the gate arm and grille gate will open up** Entry Timing Policy: Ensure you enter AT or AFTER the start time listed on your reservation. Reservations are not valid prior to the start time. Parking Location & Restrictions: Park in any unreserved space on Level 5 or higher. Do not park in spaces marked RESERVED. Overstay Fees: Exiting AFTER your reservation end time will result in extra charges. You will be prompted to pay the garage's posted hourly rates at exit, starting from your reservation end time. In & Out Privileges: In & Out privileges are only valid if explicitly included in your booking tier. If included, you may scan your QR code multiple times at entry and exit within your reservation window.

• If your reservation is valid, the gate will open automatically. You will NOT be issued a ticket. You may park in any space not labeled RESERVED - level 5 or higher.
• When exiting, hold your QR code 1–2 inches away from the red laser scanner.
• If exiting before your reservation's end time, the gate will open automatically.
